Joining the GLOBSEC Women Leaders Council
We are truly honoured to announce that our CEO and co-founder, Mariam Lambert, is now joining the GLOBSEC Women Leaders Council (WLC) alongside an incredible group of leaders. This is a great opportunity to help amplify women’s voices in politics, business, academia, and civil society.
As a member of the WLC, she will represent the Emile Foundation and be part of a strong network. This network is dedicated to influencing key discussions at major GLOBSEC events. Furthermore, this is also another important opportunity to bring attention to the issue of Ukrainian children being abducted by Russia. It will help ensure the issue remains a global priority.
Under the leadership of GLOBSEC’s President Róbert Vass, the WLC is chaired by Anita Orban. She is a Member of the Board of GLOBSEC Directors and includes an outstanding group of leaders:
✨Evika Silina – Prime Minister of Latvia
✨Kolinda Grabar-Kitarović – Former President of Croatia
✨Kersti Kaljulaid – Former President of Estonia
✨Margrethe Vestager – Executive Vice President, European Commission
✨Ursula Plassnik – Former Minister of Foreign Affairs, Austria

✨Sally A. Painter – Chief Operating Officer, Blue Star Strategies
✨Maithreyi Seetharaman – Founder & CEO, Facultas Media Limited
✨Susan E. Walton – Board Director & Executive, International Public Affairs
